Thank god I found this website. Awesome article and I downloaded successfully and installation was rightly done. When I opened it prompted this version has become obsolete on 23rd nov and your device date is 1st dec 14. I then again downloaded original wa. All data lost.

There is no option like uninstall update…only clear data n uninstall (wich uninstall the app) and clear cache..

aha, encounter with that absolute thingy.. it’s stated as in today 26 november,, i’ve changed my device’s date to 2 septmber,, it works fine… then, i try opened up the real Whatsapp,, it appears to ask 4 the real date as in current time..
